My name is Mellisa and I’m proud to welcome you to my gardening website.

Gardening has been a passion of mine ever since early childhood when my grandparents introduced me to the wonderful world of plants, I still clearly remember the joy of planting and, later, harvesting my first plant.

Granted it was just a tomato, but the pride I felt stuck with me and developed into a lifelong love for gardening.

Fast forward almost 30 years and I still find immense pleasure in tending my garden and in helping others grow and care for their own plants.

I created this site because I wanted to create a place where I can meet like-minded greenery enthusiasts and share my experience and knowledge and help novice gardens avoid some rookie mistakes and feel the same joy I feel every day as I tend my garden.

Countless hours of digging in the soil and caring for all kinds of different plants helped me develop an understanding of how the garden functions and learn the best ways to make plants thrive.

So, I’ve decided to put my expertise to good use and create this resource where you can, in one place, find everything you may want to know about gardening.
